The source mesh isn’t that great so there are a few issues with the outline, also Shaggy’s head is a little higher than Giovanna’s so some cutscenes may have his head out of shot. If you’re wondering what happened to the aura that should be around Scooby, don’t ask. That aura has brought me nothing but pain so I got rid of it (kinda makes Scooby look closer to how some ghosts look in the show so… I guess it works?)

Shaggy and Scooby meshes are both modified versions of their meshes from Scooby-Doo: Mystery Mayhem. Ghost Scooby is a mashup of the same Scooby mesh and the tail end of Rei (the wolf). Textures are slightly edited by me to better fit Guilty Gear’s style.

Alternate color palettes in order are:
Normal – The normal colors of Shaggy and Scooby
Red – Shaggy gets a red shirt / Scooby gets a red and yellow collar
Purple – Shaggy gets a purple shirt / Scooby gets a purple and yellow collar
Blue – Shaggy gets a blue shirt / Scooby gets a blue and yellow collar
Cyan – Shaggy gets a cyan shirt / Scooby gets a green and brown collar
Yellow – Shaggy gets a yellow shirt / Scooby gets a yellow and blue collar
Pink – Shaggy gets a pink shirt / Scooby gets a pink and blue collar
Black – Shaggy gets a black shirt / Scooby gets a black and white collar
White – Shaggy gets a white shirt / Scooby gets a white and black collar
Inverted – An inverted version of Shaggy and Scooby’s normal colors
Grayscale – A grayscale version of Shaggy and Scooby’s normal colors
